French mobile connections return to sequential growth in Q3

The French mobile market saw quarterly net additions recover to 558,000 for the three months to September, after a disappointing first half of the year. According to Arcep's latest report, the French overseas territories continued to experience a contraction in mobile connections (-17,000 since June), while mainland France returned to positive growth (+575,000), after a broadly flat performance in the second quarter and negative net additions in the first quarter.
