French PM presents government's digital strategy

French prime minister Manuel Valls has presented the government's digital strategy ahead of the publication of a new bill and received a report with 70 propositions from the French Digital Council (CNNum). The government plans to write into law a clear definition of net neutrality to ensure the same access for all to all operators' networks. Valls asked operators to work with the government to make it possible for the poorest people to have a right to stay connected.
