French police arrest Full-Stream website owner

A 22-year old Frenchman has been charged with running the illegal streaming website Full-stream.net, Les Echos reports. Full-Stream is one of France's three biggest illicit streaming sites, according to anti-piracy association Alpa, and earning over EUR 1 million over a several years. Damages are being assessed. Figures from Market researcher Mediametrie show that Full-Stream has over 1 million unique visitors a month watching nearly 100,000 videos a day.
