French regulator Arcep completes reallocation of 900/1800/2100 MHz spectrum

Friday 26 October 2018 | 10:28 CET | News
French telecom authority Arcep has completed the reallocation of 900/1800/2100 MHz spectrum, after reviewing the applications submitted earlier this month by the country's four mobile network operators. The spectrum award was agreed with the government as part of the so-called 'New Deal', under which MNOs are committing to new coverage obligations to enhance the quality of LTE services and their availability, particularly in rural areas and on the road/railway network.
