French regulator awards 3.5 GHz regional licence in Haute-Garonne

Telecom regulator Arcep has authorised the French department of Haute-Garonne to use the 3.5 GHz band for fixed LTE services across rural communities. The spectrum licence is valid until the end of 2022, in order to give enough time for the ongoing fibre deployment to reach all areas of the department.
