French regulator sets up scientific committee to work on future networks

French regulator Arcep has announced that it will rely on the expertise of a new scientific committee as part of its planned work on future networks. The group will meet regularly to support the regulator in its latest cycle of forward-looking analysis, focused on how networks will evolve over the next five to ten years.
