French regulator tells Orange to improve quality of service for wholesale products

French telecom authority Arcep has decided to take action against Orange after finding that it has breached several regulatory obligations set for the quality of service of its wholesale offers, both in the B2B and residential markets. The ruling, which took effect on 01 January, follows an investigation prompted by alternative operators in 2017.
