French TV regulator must adapt for web - chairman

French broadcast regulator CSA must adapt rules as it works on new sectors of audiovisual communications, VOD and the internet, said incoming chairman Olivier Schrameck. He told Les Echos that he sees the internet as requiring regulation that is "completely different from traditional media". Under Schramek's predecessor, Michel Boyon, the CSA issued a list of 20 proposals, including "establishing co-regulation for online video content".
