Frontier introduces regional carrier ENNI

Frontier Communications has introduced Regional Carrier External Network-to-Network Interface (ENNI) through E-Path, the latest enhancement to its Ethernet Solutions portfolio. E-Path offers 10 Gbps interfaces and the ability to move beyond a local transport and access area (LATA). The company's carrier channel previously supported IntraLATA 1 Gbps network-to-network interface (NNI) within its metro Ethernet virtual private line (EVPL) offering.
