FullMovil launches mobile operations in Costa Rica
Start-up FullMovil has launched mobile operations in Costa Rica. The MVNO mainly targets young customers and will initially offer prepaid services, Tico Times reports, citing FullMovil general manager Sebastian Haedo. "We will offer cellular service that will be managed entirely through our website. There will be no physical locations, no queuing, and everything can be handled online or by calling our call centre", Haedo said. "We are trying to corner a niche market", Haedo added. FullMovil will use the network of state-run operator Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) to provide its mobile services in Costa Rica.
