Garnol files new complaint against T-2 bankruptcy

Slovenian company Garnol, the owner of 98 percent of telecommunications operator T-2, has filed a new complaint before the Constitutional Court against the decision of the High Court, on the basis of which T-2 is again in bankruptcy proceedings, reports Sta. Garnol has proposed that the Constitutional Court, before issuing a decision, orders a temporary suspension of the bankruptcy. The dispute about whether T-2 should file for bankruptcy, between the owners and creditors, among them DUTB, has been dragging on for about a year and a half.
