GE Licensing and Nokia join forces to explore new channels to commercialise Nokia innovation

GE's Licensing business (GE) and Nokia began working together to commercialise Nokia technologies and intellectual property in markets beyond telecommunications. Nokia joined forces with GE to develop programmes using GE's expertise in partnerships, business models, licensing, technology transfers and new business creation in a variety of markets. GE brings a strong track record of monetising technology and intellectual property (IP) from large commercial organisations to complement Nokia's expertise in breakthrough innovation.
