Gemini acquires majority stake in Veeras Infotek

IT and networking company Gemini Communication has acquired a majority stake of 51 percent in security and availability services provider Veeras Infotek. The deal is valued at around INR 70 million and has been funded through internal accruals of GCL. The acquisition is expected to extend GCL's network security and business continuity capabilities and increase the company's client base.
