Geonet sues Kenyan CA over failure to intervene over hosting

The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has asked High Court judge Justice George Odunga for fourteen days to respond to a suit filed by Geonet Communications, which has a Kenyan subsidiary. Geonet has sued the regulator for dismissing its complaint against Safaricom, Airtel Kenya and Orange Kenya over interconnection fees, Business Daily reported.
