German coalition partners reach agreement on broadband, digital issues - report

Germany's conservative Christian Democrats (CDU) and centre-left social democrats (SPD) reached an agreement on a number of digital issues, including the nationwide roll out of broadband internet, as part of their ongoing talks to form a coalition government, reported Heise Online.
