German commission recognises Joyn and Amazon Prime Video as broadcast platforms

The Commission on Licensing and Supervision (ZAK) of the German media authorities (Medienanstalten) has classified Joyn and Amazon Prime Video as broadcasting platforms according to the state broadcast law.
