German court dismisses Easybell suit against Telekom over engineers missing appointments

A court in Germany has dismissed a request for an injunction filed by operator Easybell against Deutsche Telekom, seeking to ban Telekom technicians from providing false information about customer service appointments. Easybell filed for the injunction after Telekom technicians said they were unable to reach a contact person at a hospital in Germany for an appointment to activate a DSL connection four times, even though the hospital's reception is staffed around the clock.
