German court rules against Sky Deutschland over right to change offering

The German district court of Munich has ruled that Sky Deutschland cannot arbitrarily change the programmes included in its offering, Teltarif.de reports. The court ruling was in response to a lawsuit by the Association for the Protection of Consumers (Vzvb). Sky will appeal against the decision, the report added.
