German court rules in favour of Deutsche Telekom over Stream On roaming quality

The Higher Administrative Court of Munster, North Rhine-Westphalia, has ruled that Deutsche Telekom is not obliged to follow the requirements of the Federal Network Agency for its zero-rated service Stream On, Golem.de reports.
