German cybersecurity agency sees launch delayed to end-March

The establishment of the Agency for Disruptive Innovations in Cybersecurity will be delayed until the end of March, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence told the Deutsche Presse Agentur. The Federal Minister of the Interior Horst Seehofer and then Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen announced that the Agency was to be established by the end of January this year in the region of Leipzig/Halle, but the facility has not officially opened yet.
