German digital music sales grow 23% in 2017

Digital music sales in Germany grew by 22.7 percent last year to EUR 741 million, according to industry group BVMI. The growth was led by a 42.8 percent increase in revenues from streaming, to EUR 549 million, while download sales fell by 19.3 percent to EUR 157 million.
