German experts suggest mobile operators should share network instead of roaming

Experts have suggested that German operators should share mobile networks instead of using roaming agreements, Heise Online reports. For Thomas Haustein of the Frauhofer Institute for communication engineering, the aim of "infrastructure sharing with frequency pooling" is for operators to use several parts of the spectrum together.
