German gaming associations announce merger

The German associations for the computer- and video-gaming industries BIU and GAME have announced their merger into a single association effective 29 January. The new association will be called 'Game - The Association of the German Gaming Industry' and will represent the interests of developers, publishers as well as additional industry players, including eSports organisers, universities and other service providers in dealing with German media, politics and society.
