German govt considers customer service legislation after spike in complaints

The German government said it is considering legislation on customer service lines following an increase in complaints to the Federal Network Agency over long waiting times at O2 Germany. The news was disclosed in a government answer to questions from Green MPs, a reply seen by the Handelsblatt.
