German govt to support free Wi-Fi networks

The German federal government wants to support free Wi-Fi networks with a proposal allowing tax breaks, according to a DPA report. The government proposal set to be examined by the cabinet aims to recognize independent groups running free Wi-Fi networks as non-profit organizations.
