German HD penetration grows to 66%, over a third watch VoD

Two-thirds of German households have HD TV and over a third use VoD services, according to a report on digitisation from the association of state media regulators. HD penetration has increased in the past year from 53.1 to 65.7 percent, helped in part by the switch to DVB-T2 in several states earlier this year.
