German industry starts secure online shopping campaign

The campaign 'Buy on-line, buy with reason!', organised by the German police crime prevention, eBay and the Federal Association of German mail-order companies, informs consumers about secure purchases on the net with 'Seven golden rules'. Cases of shopping fraud increased to 67,963 in 2013 compared to 54,164 in 2013. The victims purchased goods on-line, paid for them in advance but did not receive them.
