German managers publish charter for faster digitalisation

In the run-up to the IT summit where members of the government discussed its digital agenda with top managers and the consequences for the German economy on 21 October, 14 managers and executives from RWE, BMW as well as Vodafone, Intel and Cisco, among others, published a "charter for a faster digitalisation of the country", Wirtschaftswoche reports. The declaration contains ten principles for acceleration of the German industry, including areas like energy transition, the networked car and machine-to-machine communication.
