German market set to reach nearly 29 million gigabit connections at end-2020

The number of available gigabit connections in Germany is 28.8 million, and around 62 percent of German households will be able to access gigabit-enabled networks at the end of 2020, according to a telecommunications market study carries out by Dialog Consult and VATM. The number of active FFTB/H connections is 1.8 million, according to the report.
