German media commission invites bids for research contract on VoD platform use

The German Commission for the Determination of Concentration in the Media (KEK) has put a contract out to tender for research into use of Video on Demand (VoD) streaming platforms combined with figures on traditional, linear TV viewing. Interested parties can apply until 10 July, and the contract award decision will be made on 21 July. The project will end 31 October.
