German parliament reaches compromise on digital pact for schools

The German parliament has reached a compromise on the reform of the constitution in order to take a final decision on the digital pact for schools, Heise Online reports. In the next plenary session on 15 March, the Bundesrat, the chamber representing the federal states, will also vote on the reform proposal. The revised Article 104 of the constitution will give the federal government the power to financially support the federal states on education.
