German refugee TV channel to launch on Astra

H2D Handshake2Deutschland, the planned information channel for refugees and helpers, will broadcast via satellite on Astra. Test transmissions have already commenced on the frequency 11.421 GHz H. The launch is under preparation and is due to take place soon. The signal is unencrypted.
