German regulator confirms vectoring, Vula conditions

Germany's Federal Network Agency has approved the technical conditions for the use of VDSL vectoring and fees for the virtual unbundled access (VULA) offered by Deutsche Telekom. This is expected to clear the way for a more rapid expansion of vectoring by DT and rivals using its network.
