German regulator proposes unchanged bitstream prices

Germany's Federal Network Agency has proposed leaving the fees for Layer 2 bitstream access on Telekom Deutschland's network unchanged for the coming years. The Bundesnetzagentur said this should support continued investments in upgrading broadband networks.
