German regulator publishes IP network report

The German telecommunications regulator has launched a public consultation inviting interested parties to comment on the conditions for interconnection of IP-based networks. Interested parties are invited to comment on a new report from a host of telecommunications experts contracted by the agency to report on the future of IP networks in Germany. Comments on the report must be submitted by 26 February 2007.
