German regulator says Deutsche Telekom allowed to restrict FTTB providers on cable network

The German Federal Network Agency has ruled that Deutsche Telekom can restrict providers of FTTB on the last mile of the copper cable line when its vectoring connection collides with the fibre connection of a competitor, Die Welt reports.
