German regulator tells Deutsche Telekom to meet deadlines with wholesale customers

The German Federal Network Agency, Bundesnetzagentur, has ruled that Deutsche Telekom exploits its market position by not meeting deadlines with wholesale customers for contractual commitment or products. Without its powerful market position, the company would not have been able to change deadlines with customers, the agency said. The decision of the regulator is based on a request from the association VATM, BT (Germany), Colt Technology Services, ecotel communication, envia TEL, EWE Tel, HL komm Telekomunikations, Plusnet and Vodafone.
