German VoD revenue increases tenfold since 2009

Digital video services have experienced strong growth in the past years, and total revenue from video content was approximately EUR 1.7 billion in 2014, according to the study "The video market in 2014" conducted by the Gfk association for consumer research, on behalf of the FFA German Federal Film Board. Total revenue has increased tenfold since 2009.
