Germans do little research on banking products from mobiles

Over a quarter (28%) of smartphone and tablet users in Germany use mobile devices or social networks for research on banking products and providers before purchasing, according to the international banking market study "Role of Mobile and Social in the Path to Purchase for Financial Services" conducted by YouGov. Another 7 percent write reviews on recently bought banking products on networks and consumer forums.
