Germans increasingly use smart home applications but security concerns remain

A growing number of Germans have had experience of smart home applications, although concerns over security and other issues are preventing more of them from using these applications, a new survey from YouGov found. Thirteen percent of Germans said they have already used smart home applications, while an additional 52 percent said they can imagine using them in at least one area.
