Germans watch more TV at home in prime time due to coronavirus

Prime time TV viewing has slightly increased in February and March this year compared with the same period last year, the president of AGF Videoforschung Kerstin Niederauer-Kopf told the Deutsche Presse Agentur. This may indicate that people are currently spending more time at home, especially in the evenings, because of the spread of coronavirus and the implementation of measures to contain it, Niederauer-Kopf said.
