Germans willing to use WhatsApp to communicate with firms

According to the study 'WhatsApp in Customer Contact' by opinion pollsters YouGov, there is a high potential for the messenger application WhatsApp to be used for communication with businesses. However, companies should not use it for advertising purposes, as 45 percent of potential users fear the companies would use it to gather data, but should rather use if for swift communication with customers.
