Germany needs constitutional changes to address cyber attacks - ministry official

Germany may need to amend its constitution to enable the country to strike back at hackers targeting private computer networks, an official from Germany's Federal Interior Ministry said at a conference on 27 November. State Secretary Klaus Vitt said he thinks "significant legal changes" would be needed for Germany to launch so-called "hack back" actions, according to Reuters.
