Ghanaian minister says Airtel may return to Ghana in future

Bharti Airtel may be returning to Ghana in the future, managers of the company have disclosed to government, Joy Business reported. Minister for Communications and Digitisation Ursula Owusu-Ekuful told the daily that Covid-19 has compelled many telecom operators to pull out of the African sub-region, including the recent decision by owners of Airtel and Millicom to move out of Ghana.
