Giacomo Lasorella becomes president of Italian regulator Agcom

Italy's council of ministers has approved the appointment of Giacomo Lasorella as the new president of telecom regulator Agcom, reports news agency Ansa. Previously deputy secretary of the Italian lower house of parliament, Lasorella replaces Agcom's current president Angelo Marcello Cardani.
