GiffGaff tops Which? mobile satisfaction survey

GiffGaff has one again topped the latest Which? annual mobile satisfaction survey in the UK, with Vodafone and EE still performing badly. Vodafone and EE both scored 49 percent overall – joint second bottom – just ahead of international calls specialist Lebara (46%). One in ten EE users rated customer service and the ease of getting in touch with the company as poor or very poor.
