Gilat cuts FY EBITDA outlook after weak Q2

Gilat Satellite Networks reported a drop in second-quarter revenues, to USD 44.3 million from USD 54.1 million a year earlier. The company moved to an EBITDA loss of USD 2.5 million from a profit of USD 3.9 million a year ago, prompting a cut in its full-year EBITDA target to USD 20-21 million. Gilat maintained its revenue outlook for 2015 at USD 250-260  million. The net loss for the quarter was USD 9.1 million or 21 cents a share, compared to a loss of USD 1.4 million or 3 cents per share in the same quarter of 2014.
