Gim-Uemoa launches m-banking service

The West African Economic and Monetary Union' s interbank e-banking group, Gim-Uemoa, has launched its Gim-mobile service, allowing bank customers to use their mobile phones to check their current and card accounts, and people without bank accounts to open pre-paid e-money accounts. Gim-mobile enable SMS cash account checks, withdrawals, deposits and mobile top-ups at cash machines. Gim-Uemoa COO Boukary Zongo said at the launch event in Dakar, Senegal, that Gim-mobile has the advantage of reaching remote areas where many people without bank accounts live.

Jeffrey Kemp jeffnpasco@yahoo.com I have a question about a card I was given via a Cindy Johnson she had a inheritance from her father and she left me a card with money on it it is a TAMWHEEL CASH card GIMuemoa on top of card on rite side of sard if I have the rite department I need some questions answered here is a activation fee of 3650.00 euro wondering if this is a scam I have spent 430 euro torecieve this card fro a REV.
