Globacom trains mobile money agents

Globacom has begun the training of mobile money agents in Edo State. The state becomes the first in Nigeria to host the training exercise for the mobile money agent network, which was launched in Lagos last week. People from across the 18 council areas of the state will register as agents of the mobile money network, organised by Globacom in partnership with licensed mobile money operators like Firstmonie, Ecobank, Stanbic IBTC and Zenith Bank. In addition to the commission from the m-wallet transactions, the agents will enjoy increased foot traffic at their business premises. Glo Xchange
