Global ad investments to grow 4.3% in 2018, lifted by digital, stronger GDP - study

Monday 4 December 2017 | 10:07 CET | News
Global ad investment is expected to grow 3.1 percent this year and 4.3 percent in 2018, according to the latest study from GroupM, the media investment group of WPP, which said next year's guidance will be buoyed by worldwide GDP growth, though the spectre of excessive debt will be a risk. The figures were presented at the 45th Annual UBS Global Media and Communications Conference in New York.
